I made bookings with quite a few agencies but I found VNRE to be an exceptionally great agency. They were very helpful from the start and helped me find exactly what I needed. Communicating with them was really easy and staff responded promptly over email too. I personally dealt with Viral who put in a lot of effort to get me moved in quickly with no issues. He has kept me updated with any changes, answered my many questions and liaised with the landlord on my behalf. I am extremely happy with where I am living and my landlord is great - all the credit goes to VNRE. The staff definitely go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them!
